Your line: Te Toto Two

Entry point: About 2.8 km South of Te Toto Gorge Carpark, park near here - you’ll find a little spot around there to leave your car.

There are 26 bait stations (and 25 traps).

Exit point: Walk back down the way you went up.

Your line is also a trapline, so if you think you can manage both baiting and trapping, why not take your trapping kit along too?

Be ready for DOC200s & Flipping Timmies.

On TrapNZ:

  • Traps will be on the ‘KP-Raglan’ project, but

  • Bait stations will be on ‘KP-Bait Lines’ project.

If you have a buddy, you can each be on a different ‘project’ and each record one set of data. Alternatively, jot down your trap data, and enter it later. Switching back and forth between projects is a bad idea!

*Be mindful - this is a long line! Trapping may only be realistic with a buddy.
